Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug, ZEN003694, combined with the standard chemotherapy capecitabine in 30 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed and no longer respond to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand side effects. This study does not aim to cure the disease but to control it.
