New hope for leukemia patients: experimental drug targets resistant cancers

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, ZE46-0134, in adults with a hard-to-treat form of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard treatment. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink or control the cancer. About 150 participants with specific gene mutations (FLT3 or spliceosome) will take part.
