Summary

This study is testing whether an investigational drug called zatolmilast is safe and tolerable for people with Jordan's Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects brain development. It involves about 30 participants aged 9 to 45 who have a confirmed diagnosis. The main goal is to check for side effects and see how well the drug is handled by the body.
