Summary
This study tests a drug called zatolmilast in 30 people aged 9 to 45 with Jordan's syndrome, a rare genetic condition that affects brain development. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor for side effects, seizures, and other risks.
