Summary

This study is testing an oral medication called zanzalintinib for people with advanced bladder cancer that has continued to grow despite receiving standard treatments. All 44 participants will take the pill daily until their cancer worsens or side effects become too difficult. The main goal is to see how many people's tumors shrink significantly from the treatment.
