New drug tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancers in japan
NCT ID NCT04172246
Summary
This study tested an oral drug called zanubrutinib in 55 Japanese patients with advanced B-cell blood cancers that had returned or stopped responding to prior treatment. The main goals were to check the drug's safety, how the body processes it, and to see if it could shrink tumors. This was an early-phase study to gather information for developing new treatment options.
