First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two oral medications, zanubrutinib and BGB-11417, in people with Waldenström macroglobulinemia who have already received at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink or control the cancer better than current options. About 102 adults will take the drugs daily for about 20 months, with close monitoring for side effects and response.
