First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study is testing a combination of two drugs, zanubrutinib and tafasitamab, in people with mantle cell lymphoma, a rare blood cancer. The first part of the trial will find the best dose of zanubrutinib when used with tafasitamab. The second part will see how well the combination works at shrinking tumors. About 27 adults with confirmed mantle cell lymphoma will take part.

zanubrutinib and tafasitamab
What this could lead to
If this combination works, it could offer a new treatment option for mantle cell lymphoma, potentially improving response rates.
What could go wrong
