Summary
This study tests whether a nasal dose of zafirlukast can prevent sneezing, stuffy nose, and other allergy symptoms caused by cat dander. About 12 adults with cat allergies will receive either the drug or a placebo before being exposed to cat dander in a controlled setting. Their symptoms will be tracked for four hours to see if the drug helps.
