Summary
This study tests a surgery called Zadek osteotomy for people with Haglund's syndrome, a painful heel condition. Researchers will measure pain relief, foot function, and bone changes in 30 adults aged 18-60 who have not improved with other treatments. The goal is to see if this surgery helps reduce pain and improve daily activities.
