Summary

This study looks at a surgery called Zadek osteotomy for people with Haglund's syndrome, a condition that causes a painful bump on the heel. The surgery reshapes the heel bone to relieve pain and improve movement. Researchers will follow 30 adults for up to a year to see if the surgery reduces pain, improves function, and helps people return to daily activities.
