Z-Shaped plate could improve jaw fracture healing

Summary

This study tests a new Z-shaped metal plate for fixing broken jawbones. Eighteen adults with certain types of jaw fractures will be randomly assigned to get either the Z-shaped plate or standard straight plates. The goal is to see which approach leads to better bone healing, less pain, and a stable jaw after surgery.
