NCT ID NCT05029687

First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tested a program where teenagers learn about high blood pressure and then teach an adult they know. The goal was to see if this approach could help adults lower their blood pressure. The study involved 64 pairs of adults with high blood pressure and a teen (ages 14-24). Some pairs used a special digital badge about blood pressure, while others used a general job-readiness badge. The main focus was on changes in the adult's blood pressure two months later.
