Summary

This trial tested a school-based program called Youth Aware of Mental Health (YAM) in 9th graders. The goal was to see if the program is feasible and acceptable for preventing suicide and promoting well-being. Nearly 300 students from public schools in Denmark took part. The study measured participation rates and student feedback, but did not yet test if the program actually reduces suicide risk.
