NCT ID NCT07508800
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at how spending a short time in nature, compared to being in a city, changes brain activity and stress in people who feel very stressed, depressed, or anxious. Researchers will measure brain waves and heart rate in 20 adults to understand these effects. The goal is to learn more about how nature can help with stress, not to test a treatment.
