Summary
This study tested whether eating a specific yogurt (Meiji Yogurt with LG21) every day for 12 weeks could clear H. pylori infection in 140 preschoolers aged 4-6. Half the children ate the yogurt, while the other half received no treatment. The main goal was to see if the yogurt could make the infection go away, as measured by a stool test. The study also tracked any changes in stomach-related symptoms.
