First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at how quickly and how much essential amino acids (the building blocks of protein) get into the blood after eating yogurt or milk. Thirty healthy adults will eat one of the two products on separate visits, and multiple blood samples will be taken over a few hours. The goal is to see which food provides better early protein absorption.
