Summary
This study looked at whether doing hatha yoga, with or without Zumba exercise, can improve pain and anxiety in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Fifty-four women aged 23-28 with PCOS took part. The results help us understand if these exercises are a good way to manage common PCOS symptoms.
