Summary
This study tested whether two types of exercise—Hatha yoga and Zumba dance workouts—could help improve symptoms for women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers worked with 54 young women with PCOS to see if these activities could reduce their pain and anxiety levels. The goal was to find accessible, low-cost ways to help manage common PCOS symptoms.
