NCT ID NCT07195019
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week program combining yoga and self-compassion training helps improve mood better than a wellness education course. It's for women aged 18-65 who have experienced interpersonal violence and are currently feeling distressed. The main goal is to see if the yoga program is practical and acceptable to participants, while also checking if it reduces feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress.
