Summary
This study is testing if doing yoga in a calming virtual reality (VR) world helps stressed university students more than regular yoga. Researchers will compare two small groups: one doing VR yoga and one doing traditional yoga, over four weeks. They will measure changes in stress, balance, and core strength to see which approach works better.
