Summary
This study checks if a questionnaire about yoga beliefs, called the Outcome Expectations for Yoga Scale, works well in Turkish. About 200 adults aged 18 and older will fill out the scale and a mindfulness survey. The goal is to see if the Turkish version is reliable and valid for measuring attitudes toward yoga.
