Summary
This study tests whether a specially designed yoga program can improve well-being in Black and Brown women who have experienced intimate partner violence. About 40 women will either take yoga classes over 15 weeks or receive standard resources. Researchers will measure changes in psychological well-being, empowerment, and resilience.
