Summary

This study tests whether a specially designed yoga program can improve psychological well-being in Black and Brown women who have experienced intimate partner violence. About 40 women will either take up to 10 yoga classes over 15 weeks or receive standard resources. Researchers will check if the program is safe, acceptable, and helpful for emotional healing.
