Summary
This study tested whether a mindfulness-based yoga program could improve psychological well-being and happiness in people with schizophrenia. Ninety-one participants were randomly assigned to either a 6-week yoga program or regular care. Researchers measured changes in well-being and happiness to see if yoga could be a helpful addition to standard treatment.
