Summary
This study looks at whether a structured yoga program can reduce pain and improve quality of life in young women aged 18-25 with primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods). Participants will attend yoga sessions and complete questionnaires about pain, symptoms, and well-being. The goal is to see if yoga is an effective non-drug option for managing period pain.
