Summary
This study tests whether yoga-based exercises, done online or in person, can improve sleep, mood, and quality of life for people with chronic migraine or cluster headache. About 40 adults aged 18-65 with these conditions will participate. The goal is to see if adding yoga to standard care is feasible and helpful.
