Yoga sessions found to combat student stress and boost joy
NCT ID NCT07321132
Summary
This study tested whether a yoga program could help midwifery students feel less burned out and happier. Seventy-two female students were randomly split into two groups: one group did 60-minute yoga sessions three times a week for six weeks, while the other group did not. Researchers measured changes in burnout and happiness levels to see if the yoga practice made a difference for these students in a high-stress field.
