Summary

This study aims to see if a specific yoga program can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in medical students while also improving their readiness for self-directed learning. Researchers will compare 80 third-year medical students, with one group doing the yoga program for 4 weeks and the other continuing their usual activities. The goal is to find a practical way to support student mental health and academic preparedness.
