Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week online yoga program can help reduce fatigue and inflammation in women who have been treated for breast cancer. About 229 women will either take part in the yoga classes from home or receive standard care. The goal is to see if yoga can improve energy, stress, and quality of life, especially for those living far from rehab centers.
