Can yoga breathing cure doctor burnout? new study investigates

Summary
This study is testing whether a specific yoga breathing and meditation program can help reduce burnout and improve well-being in doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. 180 clinicians will be randomly assigned to either try the breathing program or a general health education program. Researchers will measure burnout, stress, sleep, and heart rate to see if the breathing exercises make a significant difference.
