Summary
This study aims to see if short, guided yoga and breathing breaks can help reduce burnout in emergency department staff. It will enroll 75 caregivers to follow 15-minute video sessions and track their stress and well-being over a year. The goal is to find a simple, practical way to support the mental health of healthcare workers.
