Simple breathing exercises tested to ease pain and fatigue after cancer surgery
NCT ID NCT06446999
Summary
This study tested whether a simple yoga-based breathing exercise could help people feel better after surgery for colorectal cancer. Researchers worked with 60 patients who were split into two groups: one group did the breathing exercises, and the other received usual care. The goal was to see if the exercises could reduce common problems like pain, tiredness, and trouble sleeping during recovery.
