First test: can new heart drug safely mix with standard meds?

NCT ID NCT07309042

Summary

This early-stage study aims to check if a new experimental drug called YN001 is safe to take alongside a widely used cholesterol medication, rosuvastatin. It will involve 24 healthy Chinese volunteers to see how the two drugs interact in the body and monitor for any side effects. The goal is to gather the necessary safety data so that future trials can test YN001 in people with heart disease who are already taking statin medications.
