Summary

This early-stage study tested whether YM-101 eye drops could safely relieve the symptoms of dry eye syndrome. Thirty adult participants with dry eyes used either the drops or a placebo solution for several weeks. Researchers measured changes in eye dryness, irritation, and tear quality to see if the drops worked better than the placebo.
