New targeted cancer drug enters human testing

Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called YL205 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose, see how the body processes the drug, and get a first look at whether it helps shrink tumors. The study is recruiting 252 adults in China with specific cancers, including ovarian, lung, kidney, and endometrial cancer, who have a certain protein (Napi2b) in their tumors.
