Summary

This large study tests whether a new medicine called YL201 works better than standard chemotherapy for people with advanced esophageal cancer that has stopped responding to initial treatment. About 440 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either YL201 or a doctor-chosen chemo. The main goal is to see if YL201 helps people live longer, while also checking safety and how the drug moves through the body.
