Summary
This study tests a new medicine called YL201 against standard chemotherapy in 440 people with advanced esophageal cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either YL201 or a doctor-chosen chemo. The main goal is to see if YL201 helps people live longer. The study also checks safety, how the drug works in the body, and if certain markers predict response.
