Summary

This study is testing a new drug called YL201, given alone with an immunotherapy drug or with an added chemotherapy, for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that has returned or spread. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how well the combinations work to control the cancer. It is for adults who have not yet received treatment for their advanced or recurrent disease.
