Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a new drug called YL201 when combined with an existing immunotherapy (toripalimab), with or without a standard chemotherapy (cisplatin). It is for adults with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that has returned or spread and who have not yet received treatment for this advanced stage. The main goals are to see if the combinations are safe, how well they control the cancer, and how the body processes the new drug.
