New hope for tough lymphomas: first patients test experimental drug
NCT ID NCT06565689
Summary
This is the first time a new drug called YK012 is being tested in people. The study aims to find a safe dose and see if it helps patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments. Researchers will enroll about 48 adults to check for side effects and look for early signs that the drug can shrink tumors.
