NCT ID NCT07256652
Summary
This study is checking if a plant-based snack bar called YES Bar causes blood sugar spikes like many sweet treats do. About 100 people in the US will use a special monitor on their iPhone to track their blood sugar before and after eating the bar. The goal is to gather real-world data to see if this snack fits into a healthy diet without causing energy crashes.
