Summary

This study tested whether a new yellow fever vaccine called vYF is as safe as the currently licensed vaccine, YF-VAX. Researchers enrolled 640 healthy adults aged 18-60 and gave them a single shot of either the new or existing vaccine. They then monitored participants for six months to compare side effects like injection site reactions, fever, and headaches.
