Summary

This study aims to understand how pregnant women respond to the yellow fever vaccine compared to non-pregnant women. Researchers will recruit 270 women in France to compare immune responses and track any side effects for both mothers and babies. The goal is to gather better safety data to help doctors make informed decisions about vaccinating pregnant travelers to high-risk areas.
