Summary
This study is testing a new, long-acting injection called Debio 4326 that children would receive just once a year. It aims to safely and effectively delay early puberty in 56 children aged 2 to 10 who have central precocious puberty. The main goal is to see if the injection can keep puberty hormones at a low, pre-puberty level for a full year after the first dose.
