Summary
This study is testing a new yearly injection called lenacapavir to prevent HIV infection in people at risk. It will enroll 350 participants to see if the shot is safe and how the drug behaves in the body over a year. The goal is to offer a convenient, long-acting alternative to daily pills for HIV prevention.
