NCT ID NCT07281404

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new gel (YASO GEL) in 72 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body absorbs it. Participants will apply the gel and provide blood and vaginal fluid samples. The study also looks at whether sexual activity affects drug levels. This is a first step to gather information for future research, not a treatment study.
