Herbal heart pill may boost exercise after stent surgery

Summary
This study tested whether Yangxinshi pills can improve exercise ability in people who recently had a heart stent procedure (PCI). 681 participants received either Yangxinshi or trimetazidine, a standard heart medication. The main goal was to see if Yangxinshi helps patients walk farther or exercise longer without chest pain. Results may offer a new option for recovery after stent placement.
