Summary
This study tests two different spots (temporal and inferior) for a laser treatment called YAG iridotomy in people with angle-closure glaucoma, a major cause of blindness. 150 adults will have one eye treated at each spot, and researchers will track side effects and eye pressure over six months to see which location works best and is safest.
