Summary

This study tests two different spots (temporal vs inferior) for a laser surgery called YAG iridotomy in people with angle-closure glaucoma, a major cause of blindness. 150 patients will get one spot in each eye and be monitored for 6 months to see which causes fewer side effects and controls eye pressure better. The goal is to find the safest and most effective laser location to manage this eye disease.
