Summary
This trial tests a new device called the Yaari Extractor for shoulder dystocia, a birth complication where the baby's shoulder gets stuck. The device is designed to help doctors safely and quickly deliver the baby. The study will enroll 80 pregnant women planning vaginal birth and measure how often the device works and how long delivery takes.
