NCT ID NCT06820411
First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This pilot study tests whether a dedicated Young Stroke Clinic with personalized counseling and a wearable health tracker can help adults aged 18-65 who have had a stroke or high-risk TIA prevent another one. 36 participants will be randomly assigned to either the specialized clinic or standard care, and followed for 6-12 months. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for a larger future study.
